What is WEDDI?
An invite-only app for meeting the people already around you — at conferences, trade shows, coworking spaces, cafés and rooftops. Check in where you actually are, say why you're open to meeting, and see only verified people in the same room, open for the same reason. Dubai first.
Networking app or dating app?
WEDDI is for meeting people you share a room and an interest with — colleagues in your industry, a future co-founder at a trade show, a padel partner, and yes, sometimes more than that. You choose why you're open; you only see people open to the same.
How does it work?

Why only three likes?
Because when everyone can like everyone, a like means nothing. Three per room makes choosing someone a real signal. Waves are unlimited and anonymous until mutual. And no — you can't buy more.
Does WEDDI track my location?
No. Location is read only while you use the app, never in the background, and nobody ever sees your position — only the name of a venue you chose to check in to, while you're open there. Ghost Mode hides you everywhere with one tap.
Is everyone verified?
Yes. No selfie verification, no visibility — there is no unverified tier. Details on the safety page.
What does it cost?
Free at launch. And permanently, whatever comes later: visibility is never for sale. No boosts, no pay-to-be-seen, no bought likes.
